Multiple Decades of Experience Handling Insurance Claims

Our attorneys have several decades of combined experience representing many of Florida’s largest insurance companies. During our tenure representing insurance companies, we gained invaluable insight into unfortunate practices all too often utilized to delay, devalue and deny valid property damage claims. These practices stem from an insurance corporation’s refusal to put their policyholders first or honor their commitment to you. At Dicus & Burke, we hold insurance companies accountable to its insureds.

Dicus & Burke, regularly partners with other law firms to assist with their complex civil litigation and trial needs. Dicus & Burke also represents individuals who have been injured by the negligence of another, as well as those charged with a criminal offense.
